Serving you is our highest priority and we take that very seriously, in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Holpura, you may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item/s.



Your first port of call is to email our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorisation number that must be included inside your return package. This number helps us to identify you, making your refund faster and seamless. Package your items safely and securely to ensure there is no damage in transit and return to us. We recommend using recorded delivery for your returns and retaining your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail. 


Once we receive the items your refund will be processed and your payment will be returned to the original payment method, please allow 5-7 business days for it to reach your account. Credit card payments may take longer to show up, however you can contact your card provider or check your next statement.




Can I exchange my item for something else?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.


What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?

We take every effort to ensure your items are delivered in the best condition, we also track all our deliveries to ensure they get to you, and in a timely manner.  In the event that there are broken or missing items or your entire package has gone missing, please contact Customer Care as soon as you identify the loss or damage. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, please allow 3 working days for us to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.


Can my refund be sent to another card?

Your refund will be returned to the card used for the purchase. We are not able to send your refund to another card. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of refund confirmation, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
